While being the outer borderline of the European Union and NATO, the countries currently face numerous security challenges starting from the Arctic down to the crisis created by the current Russian aggression in Ukraine.
With the main focus on Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea region, the newly established Latvian think tank has set the aim to help build a secure, prosperous, and just environment by bringing together opinion leaders, researchers, and policymakers on matters of security and defence.
